Just outside the city of Sheffield lies verdant wooded gorges, wide expanses of open hillside and some of the classic Peak climbing venues such as Stanage and Millstone Edges. These long edges over wide views over the Peak District and will be a wonderful contrast to the tight and verdant Padley Gorge. Whether you want to see some classic trad climbing routes or autumnal leaves, this should be a wonderful hike.
